Exercising with a group of people could improve the motivation thus maximize the benefit. If there is no reference subject around people when they exercise, majority of them whose exercise is driven by the goal of improving health will cease to exercise after a short time. However, with the motivation from others people are not inclined to give up, especially for them who are forced to exercise but still have competitive conscious will continue to exercise although they are extremely tired after keeping doing this for a longtime when exercising with others, thus they go through both aerobics and anaerobic then maximize the effect of exercising . For example I can only exercise for 20 minutes constantly ?in gym by myself and will never continue exercising after having a break for one minute. Whereas once my roommates exercise with me, I can use my energy one hundred percent and keep exercising for at least an hour because they never cease within an hour. As a result I achieve the goal of true exercise with the accompany of my roommates.?
